We regret to announce that on August 27, 2009 a lime delivery driver passed away at the Genoa plant.   The driver collapsed while closing lids on a pneumatic trailer.  The Genoa team responded quickly as they are trained to do.  CPR was administered with use of the plant’s AED defibrillator until the local emergency response team arrived.  Despite these efforts the driver passed away.  This incident remains under investigation by the authorities.
