The Legal Team is responsible for Graymont’s global legal affairs, ensuring that legal risk is proactively identified and appropriately mitigated. We provide support on all kinds of legal matters relevant to Graymont’s business including drafting and negotiating agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving disputes, and engaging specialized external counsel if required.
The Legal Team is also responsible for maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance at Graymont. We maintain corporate records for our entities worldwide and work closely with Graymont’s board of directors and shareholders.
