The Logistics and Sales & Operations Planning team has the ownership and chain of responsibility governance of logistics plans to move products between our sites, warehouses, terminals and to our customers. It also helps to synchronize demand and supply plans, provides visibility of planned available inventory and provides a dynamic process to help our Operations, Logistics, Sales and Customer Service teams to coordinate their efforts and make decisions to ensure customers are supplied in-full and on time.
